The Board of Directors is made up of nine Officers. These Officers are elected by the General Membership each year, typically in the fall. Officers serve one year terms which start January 1st.
Officers typically meet once a month for Board Meetings to vote on matters pertaining to the organization. General Members may attend Board Meetings, but only Officers are allowed to vote.

Cory Goldensoph
The President shall be the Chief Executive Officer of the Cedar Rapids Jaycees. The President shall call and preside over all meetings of the membership and the Board, appoint all standing committees and special committees (subject to Board approval) and exercise general supervision over the affairs of the chapter and perform other duties as are incidental to the office and prescribed by the Board or Bylaws. The President shall be an ex-officio member of all committees of the Cedar Rapids Jaycees. All Vice-Presidents, the treasurer, the State Direrctor, the Secretary, the Legal Counsel, and the Public Relations Coordinator report to the President.

CJ Hoffman
The Management Vice-President oversees certain aspects of chapter administration and programming. The Management Vice-President shall act for the President in the absence of the President. The Activity Center Manager reports to the Management Vice-President. The Management Vice-President reports to the President.

Tiffany Williamson
The Administrative Vice-President shall oversee all activities relating to the completion of Chairperson's Planning Guides, Parade of Chapters submissions, regional and state awards nominations, and Springboard and Degrees submissions. The Chairperson's Planning Guide Program Manager, the Parade of Chapters Programming Manager, and the Springboard and Degrees Program Manager report to the Administrative Vice-President. The Administrative Vice-President reports to the President.

Chris Nelson
The Treasurer is responsible for all funds including special funds and shall receive and deposit all funds. The Treasurer shall request authorization from the Board of Directors for the disbursement of any funds prior to such disbursement and shall audit all financial records and prepare a financial report for each Board meeting. The Treasurer reports to the President.

Maggie Wright
The Membership Vice-President shall oversee all aspects of encouraging young people to join the Cedar Rapids Jaycees as well as the retention of existing members. The Membership Vice-President is also responsible for billings for renewal dues. The Orientation Coordinator reports to the Membership Vice-President. The Membership Vice-President reports to the President.

Krystal Stillmunkes
The Community Development Vice-President shall oversee all aspects of chapter programming affecting the community at large. Activities to benefit non-Jaycees are within the purview of the Community Development Vice-President's responsibility. The Community Development Vice-President reports to the President.

Jason "Monkey" Riley
The Individual Development Vice-President shall oversee all aspects of chapter programming related to Individual Development, including self-improvement courses. The Newsletter Editor and Chaplain report to the Individual Development Vice-President. The Individual Development Vice-President reports to the President.

Katie Orgish
The State Director shall serve as the liaison between the Cedar Rapids Jaycees and the Iowa Jaycees organization. The State Director shall oversee and direct this chapter's participation in regional and state activities as well as keep the chapter informed of other activities. The State Director shall assume other duties as directed by the Board of Directors or President that pertain to this office. The State Director reports to the President.

Jennifer Draper
The Chairperson of the Board is the immediate past President. The Chairperson of the Board shall assume duties as directed by the Board of Directors or the President. The Chairperson of the Board shall be a member of the Board with full voting power.
